Conscious Eating Workshop
In modern life, one of the most common practices that we consciously or unconsciously commit is the lack of supervision in the quality of the food we eat, as well as the identification of its nutrients for the benefit of our health. These workshops aim to publicize those foods that benefit us and those that do not. Based on the national offer, some easy-to-prepare food recipes are presented for breakfast, for lunch in a lunch box or for dinner. Practical exercises are carried out with the staff.
