Practices that contribute to a healthy lifestyle

Creating a healthy lifestyle requires small steps and genuine changes in your daily routine. We hope these tips help you build your own healthy lifestyle.

  • Drink at least one liter of water per day, the Kapha dosha can take 5 to 6 glasses of water, it hydrates the body, cleansing the urinary system and giving the skin freshness and elasticity.
  • At dinner, eat lightly and not so late, _ taking into consideration the constitution of the Kapha dosha_, it contributes to obtaining good sleep, because the metabolism does not use as much energy at night and it helps you maintain a controlled weight.
  • Drinking warm water at night before going to bed helps detoxify the body and pass stool easily the next day.
  • Let's get used mentally and physically to get up in the morning to take care of ourselves and not based on work, studies or other obligations, dedicating half an hour before to nourish ourselves through exercises, rhythmic breathing, walks or other activity that harmonizes us to start the day.
  • Getting involved in social, thematic and personal initiatives that allows us to serve others helps us keep our minds relaxed and open ourselves to new ideas.
  • Being silent for a few minutes during the day helps us to rest, to harmonize ourselves, to clear our minds about the different issues of the day and to acquire the practice of thinking before responding.
  • Meditation is a good practice that energizes us spiritually and physically, the results are extraordinary.
  • Reading a page from a personal or spiritual development book before going to bed helps you sleep, keeps your mind calm, carries thoughts of good and leads a successful life.
