Stretching and Wellness Therapies or Yoga Practices
Through stretching, strengthening, balance and concentration exercises, different postures or asanas are performed that contribute to improving the participant's quality of life. The form of the exercise is explained, its benefit and the practice until a basic appropriation level is reached, so that it can be carried out at home or in another area. In turn, these workshops are offered as weekly sessions for company personnel that require their practice.
