There are limiting beliefs that you carry from childhood to adulthood, and determine your way of thinking, living and feeling. It is not about denying the realities, it is about building yourself, growing and staying in high vibration energies in the face of externalities.

These beliefs are supported by a vocabulary called the "vocabulary of poverty", and you will ask yourself, what is the vocabulary of poverty? It is the way in which you express yourself according to cultural schemes or patterns that limit your own growth by storing it in your unconscious, which is why the words are so familiar and spontaneous when you pronounce them.

This vocabulary of poverty limits your capacity for creativity, abundance and prosperity, affecting them "unconsciously" in the different spheres of your life: economic, social, work, family and self-esteem. It is the "self-sabotage" that you do every day, until you stop and identify what you are experiencing, consciously transforming the way you express and feel your words.

An excellent practice is to think before speaking, they tell you from a young age but at the same time they surround you with limiting beliefs that in the end generate contradictions.

When you think, you visualize in your mind what you want to express with the verb (word), if your instinct - free of conditioning - tells you this is the right thing to express ... do it! Otherwise, reformulate it mentally until you express it constructively, paying your spiritual and personal growth.

Transforming expressions of poverty from your vocabulary will make you break those mental and limiting beliefs that hold you back in your human development. Here are some of the most common:

1) "LITTLE BY LITTLE"

When you start a project, the most common thing is to hear: we are going to move forward "little by little!" The word "little" means scarcity. What do you imagine when you hear the word "little"?

Now you have to rethink this: "I will do it little by little" versus "I will do it step by step." The second expression is more stimulating.

2) "I NEED"

This is another frequently used expression and it means, "lack." "I need a job", "I need money", "I need to improve", "I need support" with reactive expressions and from the place of victim of your reality.

Instead of formulating "I need", change to the "want" and the "i choose": "I want money, I want to improve, I choose to change." The mere fact of changing them leads you towards the will and what you want and wish to achieve.

3) "I'M GOING TO TRY"

How many times a day do you say "I'm going to try"? It happens that trying does not work, because it puts into play your internal doubt that there is the possibility of achieving anything. Trying is trying. Although "trying" does not mean doing it.

Change it to "I will!" and if you can't or don't want to, just say, "I won't." This changes the result, because every time you say "I'm going to try" you program your mind to "try", to "negotiate" so that one day - maybe - maybe you will succeed.

4) "WORTH IT"

There is the peculiarity of saying when something is good "it's worth it" is as if you were saying: "it's worth having value." And "grief" means pain, anguish, sadness. However, this very typical phrase that many say is put in an inappropriate way.

In substitution of “worth it” you can say “it is worth the effort”, “it is worth the joy”, “it is worth making it happen”.

5) "IN THE FIGHT"

It is common to run into someone and, when asked how they are, respond "in the fight" or "Well ... or I'll tell you." What you do not realize is that in your unconscious affirmation you are creating the idea of "fighting" against life, and this generates that each day is an attack to save.

To change this limited unconscious construction, use expressions like "Very good", "Excellent", "Moving forward every day."

6) "I DON'T HAVE"

In the economic situation that we experience many times, the expression "I don't have" is the common one to express ... I don't have food, I don't have money, I don't have a job, I don't have peace in my house, and so on. Etc. If “I don't have” we transform it into “for the moment I have just enough food, money” it can give you a break; Furthermore, if we use "I am looking for work" or "I want to work" you are calling for that energy to materialize. You can imagine when you express "I want peace in my house", "I want harmony", etc.

7) "NOBODY BUY ME" "I DO NOT SELL"

So common among entrepreneurs, companies, etc. We always have someone who buys from us, maybe not the amount and the frequency we want, but there is. Therefore, I invite you to express "I want to sell more", "customers buy my products, my services."

8) "THIS IS THE LIFE OF THE POOR"

This popular expression that is often expressed as a “famous phrase”, in addition to putting shackles on yourself to move forward, makes you completely vulnerable to that condition and from then on there is nothing.

Expressions such as "I am grateful for the life I have and I am going for more" or "I have a simple life and I am creating what I want", are those that will give you that energy to move forward, to overcome and continue to grow in life.

""Remember that a word is a spoken thought. And a thought is a word or phrase in silence. In both cases they create an emotion within you, which is what determines the behavior that you then bring to reality in your actions.

By changing that internal chain you will be able to modify the reality in which you live, and, as you have seen, "This experience of transformation is well worth it."
