Who I am?

I am Erika Fricke Lupone,

I have a degree in Social Sciences from the National Autonomous University of Nicaragua and an expert in Promotion and Management of NGOs from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. I have a postgraduate degree in Participatory Methodology with a Gender Approach from the Central American University (UCA) of Nicaragua and I have a master's degree in Sustainable Tourism Management from the University for International Cooperation of Costa Rica.

 

In 2012 I was certified as an Ayurvedic Massage Therapist with Dr. M. Hettige, Director of the “Deegayu International Institute of Ayurveda & Traditional Medicine” of Sri Lanka. Upon my return to Nicaragua, I founded the first Ayurvedic massage center in the country, through which I discovered the causes of stress and its management. 

 

This is how I began to delve into strategies for stress management, assertive communication, time management, rhythmic breathing and meditation, aromatherapy, yoga, which now along with other disciplines have become my portfolio of corporate services. and care at the Ayurveda Health and Wellbeing Center.
